Two Souls - Switches

Switches are another basic object in the game. At first glance, it might seem that the switches are simply levers with a different graphic design. However, this is not true, although they have several features in common: they can be pressed by both the player and the environment, they can affect many elements of the level in many different ways.

They may also return to their initial state after some time or remain pressed permanently. The most important difference, however, is that they can only return to their initial state when no one or anything presses them.

So, for example, you can push a barrel over them and they will remain pressed until someone or something moves it or destroys it.

Switches also require a certain amount of force to press them. In most cases, it will be low enough that anyone will be able to press them. But not always...

The second most important difference is that a switch can be an element of a larger puzzle - so, only after pressing many switches at once will trigger an action. Or just some of them.

The switch, or switches, can also block the operation of the lever associated with the object to which both the lever and the switches are connected, for example: a door opened with a lever can be closed again with a switch- that's some nastiness there.

Of course if you preffer watch video instead reading text here you go. It is in Polish language but you can turn of english captions.
